No próximo dia 20 de março, às 14h00, a EsACT-IPB acolhe o seminário "Caminhos para um Turismo Sustentável: Experiências e Projetos Inspiradores", integrado no projeto europeu GreenTEA
O evento servirá para fazer a apresentação pública do projeto e partilhar práticas inovadoras que promovem um turismo mais sustentável e responsável.
Com moderação de Catarina Martins, diretora da Licenciatura em Turismo da EsACT-IPB, docente e investigadora na área, o seminário contará com as seguintes intervenções:
- Práticas sustentáveis em Hotelaria: o caso do Six Senses Douro Valley, com Fernando Morais;
- PortugalNTN – Conectar Pessoas e Natureza através de Práticas Sustentáveis, com Domingos Pires & João Neves;
- Projeto GreenTEA – Inovação e Sustentabilidade na Educação para o Turismo, com Márcio Martins.
Além das apresentações, será ainda divulgada a Summer School GreenTEA, uma oportunidade de formação internacional para estudantes interessados em aprofundar conhecimentos sobre turismo sustentável.
O seminário “Caminhos para um Turismo Sustentável: Experiências e Projetos Inspiradores” realiza-se no Grande Auditório da EsACT-IPB e está aberto a estudantes, docentes, profissionais do setor e ao público em geral.

On March 20th at 2:00 PM, EsACT-IPB will host the seminar “Paths to Sustainable Tourism: Inspiring Experiences and Projects”, as part of the European project GreenTEA
This event will serve as the public presentation of the project and will showcase innovative practices that promote more sustainable and responsible tourism.
Moderated by Catarina Martins, Director of the Tourism Degree at EsACT-IPB, lecturer, and researcher in the field, the seminar will feature the following presentations:
- Sustainable Practices in Hospitality: The Case of Six Senses Douro Valley, with Fernando Morais;
- PortugalNTN – Connecting People and Nature through Sustainable Practices, with Domingos Pires & João Neves;
- GreenTEA Project – Innovation and Sustainability in Tourism Education, with Márcio Martins.
In addition to the presentations, the GreenTEA Summer School will also be introduced, an exciting international training opportunity for students interested in deepening their knowledge of sustainable tourism.
The seminar “Paths to Sustainable Tourism: Inspiring Experiences and Projects” will take place at the Grand Auditorium of EsACT-IPB and is open to students, faculty, industry professionals, and the general public.
